Harmon Killebrew Autographed Memorabilia

Own a piece of power-hitting royalty with authenticated Harmon Killebrew autographed memorabilia from Pristine Marketplace. Known simply as "Killer" for the devastating power he unleashed from the right side of the plate, Killebrew hammered 573 career home runs — 11th on baseball's all-time list — and was one of the most feared sluggers of the 1960s and 1970s. Inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1984, Killebrew led the American League in home runs six times, earned the 1969 AL MVP award, and was selected to 13 All-Star teams across a career that defined an era of Twins baseball. Every signed Harmon Killebrew item in our collection is backed by a Certificate of Authenticity from industry-leading authentication partners including PSA, JSA, and Beckett, with a tamper-evident hologram on every piece.

From Semi-Pro Sandlot to Cooperstown

Harmon Killebrew's path to the major leagues reads like a baseball tall tale. In 1954, Senator Clark Griffith — owner of the Washington Senators — received a tip about a 17-year-old kid crushing tape-measure home runs in a semi-pro game in Payette, Idaho. Griffith sent a scout, and Killebrew was signed directly out of high school without ever playing a game of minor league baseball. He spent his early years on the Senators bench under the era's bonus baby rules, but when the franchise relocated to Minnesota and became the Twins in 1961, Killebrew was ready to become the face of the new team in a new city.

What followed was one of the greatest power displays in American League history. Killebrew led the AL in home runs six times, including five times in a seven-year span from 1962 to 1969. His 1969 MVP season was a masterpiece: 49 home runs, 140 RBI, and a .276 batting average that powered the Twins to the first-ever ALCS. He finished his career with 573 home runs — a staggering total that was surpassed by only ten players in the history of the game at the time of his retirement. Killebrew drove in 1,584 runs and was as respected for his gentlemanly demeanor off the field as he was feared for his prodigious power on it. Former teammate and fellow Hall of Famer Rod Carew said, "He was the most unassuming superstar I ever met." The Twins retired his #3, and his legacy as the greatest power hitter in franchise history remains unchallenged. Killebrew passed away on May 17, 2011, and his signed memorabilia has become a treasured category for collectors who value both the historical significance and the scarcity that comes with a finite supply of authenticated autographs.
