When Tracking Becomes Available
Most orders ship within 2 business days. Custom-framed items ship within 5-7 business days. Tracking details may take 24-48 hours to update after shipment.
Shipping Carriers
Orders ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS depending on size, weight, and destination. Your tracking email will include the carrier and a direct tracking link.
Transit Times
Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-7 business days after shipment. International orders typically arrive within 7-21 business days depending on destination and customs.

Check with neighbors and at alternate delivery locations first. If you still can't find it, contact us with your order number and we'll help investigate.
Package Arrived Damaged?
Take photos of the damage and packaging right away, then email us within 60 days of delivery. We'll work with you on a replacement, refund, or carrier claim.
