I received a product, and I would like to return it. How do I initiate a return?

Pristine Marketplace must be notified within (60) days of the receipt of the package of any unwanted, damaged, missing, or misrepresented items. Once processed, your refund can take up to 2-5 business days to reflect on your account statement. You will receive a confirmation email once this is completed.
